The swimming pool and deck is very enjoyable – Beds are very comfortable. You can rent a Kayak and have a relaxing trip through Fort Lauderdale's channels. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist sehr gut, da in der Rate noch der Waeschewechsel und ein Parkplatz inbegriffen sind.

Wir waren schon viel unterwegs, oft, nein, moistens wuerde man selbst etwas besser machen. Bei diesem “Guesthouse” eine wirkliche Ausnahme, sauberer, gepflegter und charmanter(“Schuld” auch eine sehr charmante Managerin Guni)

Our greatest thanks for a wonderful stay at your place. It was a big surprise for us as we had planned to stay somewhere else that resulted in a complete failure, and our humor was very low until we were directed to your place.

Everything changed from then on for us. The Island Delight room we stayed in was impeccable as is the whole place and it's surroundings: clean, tidy, very well furnished, with everything we could possible require. Our children were delighted with the place, the pool and the entire environment.

Guni and Frida were very helpful both at our arrival and at checkout, making everything easy for us all. We do appreciate a good service and we got our money’s worth at your place.

Wir haben lange nach etwas Besonderem fuer unsere Hochzeitsreise gesucht und sind im Internet auf die Villa Venezia gestossen, die uns sofort angesprochen hat.

Wir wurden von Sabrina sehr nett und freundlich begruesst und haben uns sofort in der sehr geschmackvoll und harmonisch eingerichteten Wohnung Santa Fe sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Besitzer und Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich – es ist sehr familaer. Die Wohnung ist ideal zum Urlaub machen, zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser gelegen. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a most pleasant 2 months stay at the Villa Venezia…The management staff is very accommodating and congenial. The place is beautifully maintained, bright and cheerful with friendly maid service. A definite tropic atmosphere is created by the well maintained landscaping. There one plenty of poolside lounges and chair and the pool heated at 85° for very comfortable swimming. Looking forward to spending another fabulous 2 months here the next year!

Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefuehlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schon im Eingangsbereich fing unser Urlaub an. The Inn Keepers really go out of their way to personalize your stay and make you feel like a cherished friend. These are a few of the things that I loved about Villa Venezia.:

• Warm, friendly service from the first time I called
• Wonderful location, close to the beach and world famous Las Olas Boulevard
• Very cozy, tropical setting, right on the canal where you can watch the boat go by while you relax by the heated pool
• Studios are very comfortable, with microwave fridge and coffee maker. I loved the convenience
• The welcoming letter with the hibiscus flowers and the bottles of wine made us feel pampered from the moment we arrived.
• Our room was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed all the special details, like the robes and slippers, the candle, and the flowers.

All in all, Villa Venezia was everything that I expected and so much more. Thank

 Villa Venezia is The Garden of Eden (before the fall), Adam and Eve being Rolf and Sabine. The staff are all "innkeepers" rather than just your standard motel owners. Rolf and Sabine have made this place a U-shaped paradise, courtyard filled with flowers and sculptures, complimented by the sun rising over the canal and it's boats lolling in their slips. Flocks of tropical birds fly overhead. Giant palms guard the courtyard. I venture to say, Villa Venezia is one of the world's greatest bargain "hide-aways". You enter the breezeway past gauzy drapery, and the coolness of the canal and garden are drawn through it, making sitting in the comfortable wicker chairs a simple beautiful pleasure, where one can talk with interesting guests, the staff, and just listen to the fountain as it moils and gurgles in the background. Sabrina, the manager, is a sweet gentle woman from Tuscany. She is an efficient earth mother with the finest attitude one can have. Frida, the housekeeper is a quiet lovely women with dark sideways glances--knowing glances. She is a lovely person. Rolf and Sabine. What can I say about them. Like any artists (and they are artists), they create something that is greater than the sum of its parts. they have taken a classic older Florida small hotel, and made it into an enchanted little piece of paradise. Rolf is a handsome Teutonic prince with a far away stare. He takes care of the physical place, and he is a gentleman in the finest sense of the word. Sabine is an imposing figure. She can give birth one day and stride into battle the next. She is a brilliant beautiful woman with a very open and welcoming character. It is obvious to me that they are the kind of people who, in this mediocre world, are the ones who take the risks, go for "it". How many of us have dreams and never attempt to fulfill them. Rolf and Sabines' enthusiasm and gentle strength are made manifest in this amazing little paradise. Whether one decides to arrive by boat and dock there or drive and stay, one feels immersed in cozy comfort. I searched for a place like this. And I found it. And unlike most things advertised, this is actually BETTER than advertised. The place has heart and soul. Character. And to create this paradise for us guests, I am sure the staff has sweat blood, taken risks and loans and leaps of faith. But they are truly fine people with the guest's comfort their mission. When you are there, you feel like you've joined their family. They just had a new baby son, and they invited everyone to join them in the cool foyer breezeway for a lovely party to introduce baby Luke to their family, friends and clientele.

............. I only hope I can return some day. Most motels and hotels are merely starting points for exploring an area. Villa Venezia IS the destination, the paradise. One need go no where else to have a truly memorable vacation.

Im April 2000 waren wir das erste Mal hier und buchen seitdem ausschliesslich unsere Unterkunft in der Villa Vanezia. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das deutschsprachige Mangement ist sehr

nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Durch die private und ruhige Atmospaere kann man hier einen wunderschoenen und enstpannenden Urlaub erleben.

Wir koennen das Ferienobjekt Villa Venezia jedem, ob jung oder alt –weiter empfehlen. Besten Dank fuer die nette Betreuung, wir kommen immer gern weider.

“This resort is beautiful.  The owners live on the premises and obviously take great pride in their property. The units/apts are extremely cleaned, large and professionally decorated. The grounds are breathtaking.  Oh...and don't be fooled by other resorts with the same "Superior Small Lodging" certification.  I have stayed at others that I would rate as a two-star compared to this resort which would be rated as a 5!
